How to improve my clinical practice?

1. Ensure you participate in mandatory training and education.

There are lots of resources available.

Read and read on.

Spend some times improving your skills on those.

2. If you are unsure, ask.

You can ask one person or a few persons.

Remember to filter and use the information carefully.

You have to respond on your own action.

3. Learn from mistakes.

Sit down, do reflection, and move on.

If you don’t learn from your mistake, it is just gone.

It could occur again.

4. Don’t be afraid to speak up.

Know your right.

Search the information first and educate yourself first, before you speak up.

Know what you are raising concerns about and what you are fighting for.

5. Reflection Practice

Bring unconscious to conscious / have insight.
