This is my experience sharing.  Kindly refer to the official guidelines. If you have doubts, please always keep in touch with your HR.  How to apply? Your HR will send you the link into your trac account.  Tips: Just follow the steps as instructed. It is quite self-explanatory. Be patient to wait for your HR to inform you about the next step. Try to avoid chasing after them, too aggressively. Chase them timely.
